  3. what is the extent and limit of the right to freedom of speech and expression  under the Constitution of India? Explain with relevant cases.
  4. What is the Scope and Meaning of the 'right to life and personal liberty' as provided under Part III of the Indian Constitution. Explain with relevant case laws
  5. Explain the scope and utility of the Directive Principles of State policy. Discuss the relationship between Directive Principles of State policy and Fundamental Rights.
